Our frittatas are made with local farm eggs and local produce the we purchase each week from Madison’s Farmer’s Market or pick from our own gardens. We use local cheeses from CT farms such as Cato Farms or Beltane’s. Whatever the combination – it’s fresh and local.

Muffins, breads, and coffee cakes are baked daily on premise. You’ll be asking for second helpings of our homemade granola that is sweetened by syrups from Connecticut sap trees and honey from local apiaries.

If your plans have you on the road very early we can provide a healthy and high energy breakfast-on-the-go package for you.
